Bending Beyond: Reflections on Human Care and Bhutanese Values in Property and Nature
I was amazed to see the sturdy metal board had been bent, and I wondered whether someone had intentionally or accidentally caused it. Contemplating this, I thought about why, as humans, we occasionally fail to exhibit enough intelligence to care for things, including our country's nature. Upon reflection, I considered the Bhutanese belief in Karma and our commitment to avoiding mistakes. This realization highlighted the importance of appreciating and acknowledging both our own accomplishments and those of others, particularly in simple acts such as respecting property and caring for our country's nature.
